Description

We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team in West Hollywood, California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. You will work across diverse systems and platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and delivering exceptional IT solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Mac OS and Windows systems to ensure optimal performance.

Manage Active Directory environments, including user accounts, permissions, and group policies.

Implement and maintain LAN infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and data flow.

Configure and monitor Cisco routers and firewalls, including Palo Alto Firewall systems.

Oversee firewall configurations to safeguard network security and prevent unauthorized access.

Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365, addressing user issues and system updates.

Monitor and resolve network and system-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet specific needs.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Mac OS and Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Hands-on experience with Active Directory management and LAN configurations.

Working knowledge of Cisco routers, firewalls, and related technologies.

Familiarity with Palo Alto Firewall systems and advanced firewall configurations.

Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration and support.
