Job Responsibilities:
Continuously improve the Dojo experience for both teams & coaches (processes, templates, ways of working, ceremonies,
Organize & simplify information so that it can be easily consumed by teams & coaches.
Ensure that coaches have what they need to be successful (next steps needed, status of each team, documents, access, invites, organized team nights,
Maintain a funnel of upcoming teams for the practice, scheduling events to prepare teams and leaders for intake, discovery, and their immersive engagement in the Hangar.
Track teams during the Hangar cycle, including making their schedule, their progress toward measurable goals, and key events visible.
Track training feedback and tool usage metrics to help coaches make strategic decisions.
Maintain training attendance and certification status for design thinking training.
Assist in onboarding new Dojo staff members (access request, badges etc)
Guide teams through each phase of the Dojo Journey & ensure they have a consistent/excellent Dojo experience.
Manage various artifacts of team data, Mural, SharePoint,
Contribute to the Dojo Portal (content, labs, PRs, reviews, etc.)
Own marketing efforts (swag, logo, promo videos)
Create, order, & maintain workshop/training supplies and swag inventory.
What you ll do

Resolve issues, address impediments where needed. Within the Focus Relentlessly work stream
Work closely with the Dojo Leads and Director to plan, prioritize, & confirm Dojo Engagements
Communicate the offerings and services for a Dojo and how they can help teams.
Communicate frequently with transparency to the various stakeholders regarding notices, scheduling, constraints, challenges, successes,
Schedule engagements/meetings based on capacity of coaches & priority.
Coordinate hybrid experiences (in-person + remote); reserve rooms, coordinate food orders, A/V equipment, power sources, tech setup,
