We are seeking a highly skilled, dedicated and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Engineer. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading organization where you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining high voltage electrical design systems. You will play a critical role in life cycle asset management, heavy industrial engineering, and simple and combined cycle gas turbines. Responsibilities:
As a Senior Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Designing, developing, and overseeing high voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Implementing and managing life cycle asset management strategies to optimize performance, reliability, and longevity of engineering assets.
3. Applying your expertise in heavy industrial engineering to troubleshoot complex issues, recommend improvements, and drive operational efficiency.
4. Playing a key role in the design, operation, and maintenance of combined cycle gas turbines.
5. Leveraging your professional engineer license to ensure all engineering work is of the highest quality and meets all necessary regulations and standards.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive project success.
7. Leading and mentoring junior engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Senior Engineer role, you must possess the following:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. All Engineering degrees must be from an ABET accredited program
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in high voltage electrical design, life cycle asset management, heavy industrial engineering, and simple and combined cycle gas turbines.
3. A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
4. Proven experience with gas turbines.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
7. Proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
8. A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
