Job Details

Kinaxis RR Solution Architect

  • Solution Design & Architecture
    • Define end-to-end Kinaxis Maestro architecture, including data flows and integration points.
    • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
    • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions for S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management.
  • Implementation & Configuration
    • Lead configuration of Kinaxis workbooks, dashboards, automation tasks, and scripts.
    • Oversee data mapping and integration from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) into Kinaxis.
    • Manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure successful production deployment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to capture requirements.
    • Act as a trusted advisor for best practices and adoption strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business users, and integration partners.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement
    • Drive process optimization and automation initiatives.
    • Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements based on KPIs.
    • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong experience with Kinaxis Maestro configuration and administration.
    • Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts: S&OP, MPS, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP APO, Oracle ASCP) and integration tools.
  • Certifications
    • Kinaxis Solution consultant Level 1 & 2 (Mandatory)
    • Kinaxis integration consultant Level 1 (Mandatory)
    • Kinaxis solution Architect certificate
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to lead workshops and guide teams through solution design.

Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years in supply chain planning solutions.
  • At least 5+ years in Kinaxis Maestro implementation projects.
