Position Summary
A large healthcare company is seeking a scrum master to join its enterprise healthcare business data warehouse and analytics team. This person will manage system projects, work with various resource managers to secure required project resource disciplines (business analysts, developers, testers, architects, etc.), develop and manage project plans and milestones and budget to deliver project scope per scope, on time and on budget, and provide timely project updates, including progress towards planned milestones, issues/risks/mitigation plans, and financials. They will work with the team to remove roadblocks and determine early detection of risks before they become issues. They will also need to
build strong, positive relationships with business partners and IT teams.

As a Data Engineer, you will be instrumental team member in helping in designing, developing, and maintaining optimal data pipelines to assemble large and intricate datasets, catering to the business requirements of various CVS lines of business. Collaborating closely with teams, you will craft tools to provide actionable insights and integrate them with consumer touchpoints.

Required Qualifications
Agile Scrum Master experanice using Rally, Jira or other Agile management tooloing. Business Analytical Skills, Project Planning Experiance, Milestone Management, Budgets. Data Warehousing, Data Marts, Customer Reporting. SDLC Methodology, Project Management

Preferred Qualifications
Problem Solving Skills, Communications Skills, Orginizational Skills.

Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,310.00 - $158,620.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
