Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Richmond, VA (Local Candidates Only) Onsite 2 Days / Week (Hybrid)
Interview: Likely MS Teams or In-Person
Job Description:
  • Assist in Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive action plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
  • Coordinate Activities: Oversee project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time. Schedule meetings, track progress, and manage documentation.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates and address issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation, plans, timelines, presentations, and reports.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance including scheduling, meeting minutes, and correspondence to ensure efficient project operations.

A degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is often preferred, along with relevant experience in project coordination Desired 5 Years
