Description

We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in shaping product strategies and driving their successful execution from concept to delivery. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong focus on understanding customer needs to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:
Define and document product requirements that align with customer needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance customer experience.
Conduct research to understand customer behaviors and translate findings into actionable product strategies.
Manage the product lifecycle, from initial concept through launch and post-launch support.
Dive into technical aspects of the product when necessary to provide clarity and direction.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Develop innovative approaches to address customer challenges and improve satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
0-3 years of experience in product management or a related role, demonstrating attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behaviors and translate them into product requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
Technical aptitude to understand and discuss product details with engineering teams.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
