Job Details

Avanciers is seeking an ATE Technician to join our implementation partner’s team in Santa Clara, CA. This is an onsite night shift role, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic semiconductor testing environment with strong opportunities for career growth.

  • Perform ATE setup, testing, and data collection using Advantest V93000 / Verigy 93K systems.

  • Support SoC package testing and hardware validation using ATE and SLT systems.

  • Operate Thermostream for device characterization and temperature testing.

  • Troubleshoot and perform minor load board adjustments to ensure proper test functionality.

  • Conduct test equipment calibration, maintenance, and documentation.

  • Use CROs, multimeters, and other instruments for debug and characterization.

  • Manage logistics, storage, and tracking of load boards, socket boards, and test samples.

  • Work efficiently in a Linux-based environment.

  • Experience with Smartest 8 is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of ATE hardware setup and test execution.

  • Must be comfortable working in night shifts (onsite).

  • Solid experience with Linux systems.
