Position Overview

The client is seeking an experienced Oracle CRM Lead to support a client engagement. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on CRM expertise, and deep experience designing, integrating, and implementing Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) solutions. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end integration efforts between Oracle Service Cloud, Genesys Cloud CX, and enterprise telephony systems.

This is a cross-functional position involving collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and customer support operations to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, implementation, customization, and integration efforts for Oracle Service Cloud (OSC).

  • Oversee and support integration across Genesys Cloud CX and enterprise telephony platforms.

  • Conduct system analysis, requirement gathering, and solution mapping aligned to business processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and support groups.

  • Ensure project milestones, documentation, and deliverables are completed successfully.

  • Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support.

Required Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: IT / High Tech

  • Minimum Experience: 8+ years of professional experience

  • Proven expertise in Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) and CRM solution leadership

  • Strong background in system integrations, preferably with Genesys Cloud CX

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent in English (native or bilingual proficiency)
