The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for building solutions to business problems using Microsoft 365 suite of products including advanced Excel, Power BI and Access and creating ad-hoc reports using multiple data sources. This position offers opportunities to strengthen skills in data analysis, business intelligence and data visualization while providing production support and user training for business systems and proprietary technical solutions.

WORK LOCATION
The applicable base salary range for this role is $67,900 to $80,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

- Support the development and maintenance of solutions using Excel, Power BI, Power Query and Microsoft Access
- Create ad-hoc reports from multiple data sources to inform business decisions
- Analyze data sets to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency, contributing to continuous improvement
- Provide basic support and training for business systems and proprietary tools
- Assist with other projects and tasks as needed
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in business intelligence or data analysis is desired
- Demonstrated ability independently and proactively learn new tools and technology
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel, Power BI, and Access
- Experience in Power Query and VBA is a plus
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Salesforce
- Basic understanding of SQL and data modeling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to take ownership of time management and prioritization of tasks

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word (Intermediate), Excel (Intermediate) and PowerPoint (Intermediate);
- Proficiency in use of PC such as keyboard skills and electronic folder/file organization and management;
- Aptitude for learning internal systems, applications and internal work flow of the department;
- Must be able to effectively interact with people at all levels inside and outside of the company.
