We are currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager for our client in the Distribution of Electric Power Products domain. Location: Warrendale, PA (Remote)

Salary: $125,000-$130,000/Annually

Role Description: The Electrical Project Manager must have 5+ years of experience.

What You?ll Do:

Lead Technical Projects:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage quotations, submittals, orders, and customer communications for national accounts and custom-engineered solutions.

Drive Proposals with Precision:

- Review RFQs and collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to prepare comprehensive proposals?including specifications, BOMs, pricing, cost analysis, and compliance documentation.

Be the Customer?s Champion:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with national account customers, supporting domestic and international project needs while identifying new business opportunities.

Execute Projects Flawlessly:

- Develop and monitor detailed project plans that define goals, resources, scheduling, risk assessments, and contingency strategies?ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Deliver Engineering Excellence:

- Provide application engineering support to both internal stakeholders and external customers, offering guidance on UPS systems, power distribution switchgear, and battery integration.

Represent with Confidence:

- Act as the technical face of client at site walkthroughs, meetings, and presentations.

- Lead customer factory witness tests and deliver engaging technical training to the CPSD sales channel.

Ensure Quality & Compliance:

- Track and communicate project milestones, maintain documentation per client?s quality system, and manage customer technical records with precision.

Boost Product Strategy:

- Support cost management, pricing strategy, and technical training.

- Work with teams to identify product enhancements, cost savings, and future development opportunities.

Mentor & Collaborate:

- Provide guidance and training to less-experienced engineers and support internal departments in technical assessments and on-site service planning.

Education:

- Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

- Minimum of 7 years in application engineering and/or technical sales within the power quality or distribution industry?or a comparable combination of education and experience.

Expertise:

- Deep knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, power distribution, and switchgear.

- Strong proficiency in interpreting and creating technical drawings and documentation.

Education: Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
