Responsibilities:
- Evaluate high-risk transactions and accounts.
- Analyze suspicious patterns and behaviors.
- Review escalated cases and assess fraud exposure levels.
- Validate risk scores and handle escalations effectively.
- Apply and recommend updates to risk policies.
- Lead complex fraud investigations and prepare detailed risk reports.
- Provide operational requirements to product and engineering teams.
- Write operational test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) on operational features.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform manual investigations using integrated tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in risk management, fraud detection, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate high-risk transactions and accounts.
- Experience in conducting complex fraud investigations and preparing risk reports.
- Proficiency in writing operational test cases and performing UAT.
- Ability to develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience with manual investigations using integrated tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
