Job Description:
Pay Range: $44hr - $49hr
Responsibilities:
- CollaboXX with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with Java developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Participate in system design discussions and provide input from a business perspective.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
- Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance of developed solutions.
- Create user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions if needed.
- Support project management activities including timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
