Description:


A Hydro Tester's job involves conducting hydrostatic pressure tests on various components, ensuring their integrity and quality. They use water pressure to pressurize systems and devices, identifying potential leaks or weaknesses.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Verify conformance to specification by measuring and testing during in-house manufacturing. Perform incoming goods control, product inspections, witness points to control quality for items from external suppliers.
Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions.
Conducting hydrostatic pressure tests on various components, ensuring their integrity and quality. They use water pressure to pressurize systems and devices, identifying potential leaks or weaknesses.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have 3-5 years experience working with water/air pressure

Technical Skills:
Hand tools, measurement tools

Special Equipment Required:
Steel toe boots
