Required Skills:

• Excellent Knowledge on Microsoft Suit Entra ID and On Premise AD, Fundamentals:

o Installation and Configuration

o Application Onboarding

o OIDC, SAML, OAuth and Legacy access management concept

• Customization of claims, conditional and adaptive access
• MFA features
• Highly skilled on access Management concepts:

o Enabling Single Sign On

o Understanding on AD and Directory services

o Understanding on CIAM Implementation, Identity federation and Fraud detection technologies

• Identity and application Migration experience
• UNIX/Linux experience, and scripting skills (shell, Perl, Powershell, etc.)
• Very good understanding of Identity and Access Management Lifecycle.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding on the infrastructure modules and inter dependent components for SSO
• Very good understanding in DevOps Orchestration tool, Docker, Jenkins, Bitbucket
• Assist the team in the development, requirement analysis, design and implementation of factory development
• Helping operations team, working with customer to identify applications fit for on-boarding in the existing system.
• Experience in Onboarding of Applications with full technical integration
• Should have worked on at least 2-3 Entra ID implementation and migration of application in Access Management products
• Good to have 1-2 years of development experience on any programming language
• Should have in depth understanding of Access management components, its Architecture and configuration in standalone and clustered mode.
• Should have ability to implement technical solution which meets all functional/nonfunctional requirements with very less customization at the product level.
• Should be able to configure Entra connect for the sync of users and password
• Should be able to generate dashboards as per business needs? Should have performed a lead role in experience
• Should have good understanding of Operational processes
• Should have performed client-facing roles in past
• Should have worked with any international client in past
• Experience in any Identity Governance tools
• Should have good exposure in End to End Access management testing functionalities
• Good experience in managing client relationship.

Required Education:

At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
