Job Title: Communication Specialist - Cybersecurity Presentations

Location: Juno Beach, FL -- FULLY ONSITE

Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days/week, onsite)
Length: 6+ month contract with potential to extend

Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Communication Specialist to support our cybersecurity team by developing compelling, visually engaging, and technically accurate PowerPoint presentations. This role requires a unique blend of design expertise, storytelling ability, and technical comprehension to translate complex IT and cybersecurity concepts into clear, impactful messaging for internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate cybersecurity strategies, initiatives, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cybersecurity and IT teams to understand technical content and translate it into digestible, audience-appropriate visuals and messaging.
• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and style across all presentation materials.
• Develop templates, infographics, and visual assets to support ongoing communication needs.
• Edit and refine existing presentations to improve clarity, flow, and visual impact.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced design features, animations, and layout techniques.
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to grasp and simplify complex technical information, especially related to cybersecurity and IT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a corporate or technical environment preferred.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and concepts is a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a communications, design, or presentation-focused role.
• Must be able to work onsite in Juno Beach, FL five days a week.
