Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Quincy, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a forecasting project involving Anaplan or similar platforms
* Project Manager will oversee project budgeting and financial tracking
* Coordinate with vendors and manage relationships to ensure timely deliverables
* Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across business units
* Support integration efforts between Anaplan and other systems
* Collaborate with the BI team (Snowflake data strategy) for alignment on data requirements
* Prepare and present updates for steering committee meetings with executive leadership
* As a Project Manager, you will ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
* Provide clear documentation and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail or similar environments (retail experience is a must)
* Knowledge of planning, allocations, and forecasting processes
* Strong vendor management and budgeting skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Executive presence for interactions with VPs and senior leadership
* Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and integrations
* Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and business teams
* PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
* Familiarity with Anaplan or comparable forecasting/planning tools (preferred)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
