Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning and execution of software engineering projects with moderate complexity.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges by evaluating multiple variables and proposing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to meet project goals and deliverables.
- Apply knowledge of engineering best practices, policies, and compliance requirements to ensure quality and consistency.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and familiarity with software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
