Position: Deployment Technician/Engineer (4 OPENINGS)
Location: Ballston, VA (some travel to other local sites)
Duration: 3+ Month, possible to extend addtional 12 months
ABSOLUTE MUST HAVES:
Pay Rate: $27/hr. (SET RATE)
Start Date: 9/29 or 10/6
** Project goes through 12/31 and anticipating to extend THRU December 2026**
Shift: Monday - Friday, Normal Business Hours, occasionally some off hours work and/or weekends
Apex Systems is looking for four (4) deployment technicians for one of our healthcare clients in the Northern Virginia area. This project is initially slated through the end of the year, but will likely continue through all of 2025 based on expansion and growth.
This position requires reliable transportation as there are a few different sites in the area that the team will travel to.

- Must be open to traveling to each of the assigned locations and several ambulatory sites
- Install and troubleshoot hardware/software (routers, switches, workstations, printers, UPS units and more).
- Setting up PCs, loading software, cable management, installations, migrations
- Assisting in imaging stocked computers before deployment
- Program and configure various devices and equipment
- Go-getter personality, motivated, eager
- Must have strong desktop support & customer service experience
