Staff UX Researcher Remote
About the Role
We re looking for a Staff UX Researcher to join our Sales Experience team and play a critical role in shaping the tools and workflows that power our Sales Organization. In this player/coach role, you ll lead high-impact research initiatives that uncover deep insights into the seller experience from lead qualification to deal closure and influence product strategy at every stage of the product lifecycle.
You ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Revenue Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure our tools and systems are intuitive, efficient, and tailored to the needs of modern sellers. If you thrive in fast-paced, data-informed environments and have a deep understanding of sales workflows and CRM ecosystems, we want to hear from you.
What You ll Do
- Lead strategic research that informs and shapes product experiences for sales teams, with a focus on Lead-to-Cash workflows
- Conduct mixed-methods research (qualitative & quantitative), including user interviews, surveys, benchmarking, concept testing, and analytics reviews
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed research across the product lifecycle from early ideation to post-launch iteration
- Communicate research findings through storytelling, data visualization, and actionable insights that influence roadmap decisions
- Mentor junior researchers, review research plans and deliverables, and elevate the overall impact of UX research
- Serve as a thought partner to product leaders by identifying key research opportunities and aligning research efforts with business goals
- Advocate for the needs of sellers account executives, SDRs, and ops teams by integrating their voices into every product decision
What We re Looking For
- 7+ years of UX research experience, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights
- 2+ years supporting Sales departments or Sales-oriented product teams, with a clear understanding of the lead-to-cash process
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, quoting platforms, or sales dashboards
- Deep knowledge of sales workflows, including lead qualification, opportunity management, quoting, forecasting, and deal conversion
- Strong command of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience mentoring junior researchers and influencing research culture
- A portfolio showcasing research impact, methodology diversity, and clear outcomes aligned to business goals
Nice to Have
- Experience researching AI-enhanced sales tools or agentic AI use cases
- Background in Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or collaboration with these functions
- Master s degree in HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or a related field
