Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document complex requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Design and recommend Salesforce solutions that optimize workflows and improve patient/member engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and project managers.
  • Drive UAT planning, execution, and training for end users.
  • Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITRUST.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare CRM processes.
  • Provide mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, payer/provider models, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Knowledge in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud is expected
  • Knowledge in Health Cloud and Revenue Cloud is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, reporting, and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or Health Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
