Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Application & Client Services team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have large-scale platform modernization experience, a strong Agile background, and a proven ability to deliver complex technology projects. This role requires a hands-on, self-starter who is both technically proficient and an effective team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of projects including RFPs, contract/scope development, infrastructure upgrades, application enhancements, and implementation of COTS/vendor applications with multiple integrations.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Apply Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
• Identify and define the technical approach for projects and oversee the system development process.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Advocate for change, effectively communicate project value, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Manage support, maintenance, and enhancement activities for existing applications.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale platform modernization projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology, web application programming, content management systems, APIs, databases, and system design.
• Proven ability to manage COTS/vendor implementations and integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate differing viewpoints and build consensus.
