Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end data migrations, including cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading.
- Assist with data extraction from source systems when required.
- Prepare and validate customer data for accuracy before migration.
- Conduct data exploration to analyze datasets from various sources and understand their characteristics and relationships.
- Generate reports and summaries for trial and live migrations.

- Identify and suggest improvements to migration tools and processes.
- Collaborate with the Migration Specialist and stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity.
What we’re looking for:

- You have strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines and priorities.
- You’ve got experience manipulating CSV/Excel data, using command line tools and have some general SQL/Database knowledge (ability to run some basic queries)
- Bonus points if you have experience with the ETL process - extracting, transforming, and loading data, plus migrating data from CSVs and SQL databases.
- Bonus points if you've got a legal background (not required)
