SAP Operations Improvement Expert

Work you'll do/Responsibilities:

• Overall 7+ Years of experience in the field.
• Minimum of 2 years in SAP Operations support role in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Sterile process manufacturing supporting sterile, biologic, or vaccine operations and/or formulation development
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Project management
• Vendor/supplier management
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience with SAP production and manufacturing modules, with the ability to leverage SAP for process optimization.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines governing GMP and sterile manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Work collaboratively in a team atmosphere with Supervisors, Technicians, Process Engineers, Environmental Monitoring staff, Equipment Maintenance personnel, Facility Engineering, Quality Engineering, GMP compliance, and safety groups.
• Provide expertise in SAP functionalities related to production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Utilize SAP production and manufacturing modules to optimize processes, track production metrics, and analyze data for decision-making purposes.

What qualifications you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
