Job Title: L1/L2 Support Analyst Eagle (Pace/Star/Pay)
Location: Remote
Work Hours: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM EST
Duration: 6 12 Months (Contract)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced L1/L2 Support Analyst with strong expertise in the Eagle Investment Systems suite, particularly Pace, Star, and Pay modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical and functional support to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Eagle applications (Pace, Star, Pay).
- Monitor system performance and address user-reported issues within agreed SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring root cause analysis and permanent solutions.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to escalate or resolve complex issues.
- Document issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Proactively identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Participate in deployment activities, including validation and post-deployment support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 8 years of hands-on experience in L1/L2 support roles, preferably in the asset management or financial services industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Eagle Investment Systems, particularly Pace, Star, and Pay modules.
- Experience in incident management, issue tracking, and resolution.
- Solid understanding of data flows, trade processing, and reporting within Eagle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Prior experience supporting applications during US business hours (EST) is preferred.
