Role: .Net Lead Developer

The Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and designing software solutions using the .NET framework. This includes creating architectural diagrams, system components, and defining the overall structure of the application.
  • Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks that align with the project requirements and industry best practices. This involves staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the .NET ecosystem.
  • Providing technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. This includes mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of software solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of projects within specified time and budget constraints. This involves collaborating with other teams, such as project management and quality assurance, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identifying performance bottlenecks and proposing optimization strategies to enhance the overall performance and scalability of the application.
  • Ensuring the security and compliance of the software application by implementing appropriate security measures, such as authentication, authorization, and data encryption. This also involves staying updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.

 

 

 

 

Requirement:

You are:

  • A deep understanding of the .NET framework, including ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies. This includes knowledge of key concepts, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software systems using architectural principles and patterns such as MVC (Model-View-Controller), MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel), and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
  • Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. This includes knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Tech Lead with architecture experience this person must have experience building applications/frameworks grounds up. We need a hands-on person who will also be involved in solution design and architecture conversations. Cloud experience will be good to have.
  • Domain expert with deep understanding of how CDO/CLO ecosystem works.
  • Proficiency in working with databases, including SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL. This includes designing efficient database schemas, writing complex SQL queries, and optimizing database performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership skills to provide guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and make informed decisions. This includes troubleshooting issues, debugging code, and finding innovative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Background in BFSI domain is preferred.
