Solution IT Inc. is looking for a PeopleSoft [Payroll] Functional for one of its clients in Alexandria VA / Hybrid

Job Title: PeopleSoft [Payroll] Functional

Required Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in relevant business or technical field and 5 or more years relevant experience. (Functional position)
• Minimum of 4 years experience serving as a Senior Financial Systems Manager related to providing senior level system support and analysis related to process improvement activities, projects/system enhancements and/or upgrades in the public and/or private sector, Federal, State or Local governments or in another specialized area as defined by a task order.
• Responsible experience in systems analysis, setup and production support in PeopleSoft payroll application.
• Minimum 5 years experience in PeopleSoft Absence Management, Time and Labor and Payroll modules.
• Should have PeopleSoft Absence Management and Time and Labor experience with setup of absence frameworks, absence calendars and configuring entitlements.
• Experience in resolve regular absence and time data issues.
• Configure rules in PeopleSoft Absence Management and Time and Labor.
• Experience with system testing, production support for PeopleSoft leave, Time and Payroll systems.
• Good knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll for North America from issue resolution and setup perspective.
• Responsible experience in systems analysis and production support in Kronos Workforce central application.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Kronos Work Force Central application.
• Should have Kronos time and leave system knowledge from an administrator perspective.
• Should know how to resolve accrual issues related to Kronos workforce central.
• Should know how to resolve timesheet issues and closing a period in Kronos.
• Should have good experience with system testing, production support and uploads

Work Site: Alexandria VA / Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Duration: 3+ Months Contract
