A globally leading technology company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Inclusion & Diversity Operations team as well as the People Accessibility global vendor program in delivering scalable, global solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams, including procurement, business operations, finance, and program management. They must be able to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week and demonstrate flexibility based on evolving business needs. Key responsibilities:
Providing project management support for key programs.
Assisting business program managers with analysis and reporting.
Interact and engage with global vendors.
Managing administrative tasks such as inventory management, shipping program execution, vendor payments, and virtual event production.
Key qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in Apple Numbers and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
The ability to work independently at a remote warehouse on occasion.
Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months (with a possibility to extend up to 18 months)
Work Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $ 25.00 - $ 35.00 (DOE)
