Job Title: SnapLogic Technical Support Lead
Location: Spring, TX 77389 (Remote)
Duration: 6-12 months
Job Description:
- As a Lead, you will be intensely involved in support and operations of the SnapLogic integration platform.
- You will lead a team of approximately 17 members in a 24x7 support environment, ensuring adherence to ITSM processes.
- You will manage incidents, service requests, bug fixes, minor enhancements, and RCA for problem tickets.
- You will also coordinate with offshore teams for daily status updates, deliverables, and shift handover calls, while maintaining client status reporting and driving continuous improvements and automation initiatives

- Minimum 6 years of experience in SnapLogic Support and Operations projects.
- Must be SnapLogic Integration and Admin Certified.
- Must have working knowledge of ServiceNow.
- Must have good understanding of ITSM processes.
