Primary (Technical) Skills
- Salesforce Communications Cloud (previously called Vlocity)
- Extensive experience in Product Modelling within Comms Cloud EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)
- Hands-on experience in configuring Products/Pricing/Promotion/Discounts/Rules etc. in EPC
- Designing Integration solutions - Salesforce with external systems (batch and real-time)
Other Skills
- Experience with Telecom Products, Billing, Charging/Rating and other systems. Overall, a good knowledge of the Telecom Ordering process, end-to-end.
- Good Knowledge on the Best Practices of modelling Commercial Products and an understanding of how a Product Model will impact CPQ and OM
- Collaborate with stakeholders to get the required information for Product Modelling in EPC
- Ability to understand current Product structure and translate them into an extensible Product Model in Comms Cloud EPC
- Explain to the Business users, the rationale behind the proposed Product Model and get their buy-in
