Role: Mid-Level UI/UX Designer
Location: Hybrid, on-site 3 days/week in SF (Tuesday/Wednesday/ Thursday in office)
Engagement: 6+ months, start date of 1/1/26, potentially sooner
Interview Process: 1:1 with hiring manager and then 2nd additional interview with another team member.
We re looking for experienced Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our internal digital platforms team. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and product teams to design intuitive, seamless user experiences that support internal workflows.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on design skills, strong user empathy, and the ability to balance usability with business impact. This is a highly collaborative role with ownership over research, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research and convert findings into actionable design decisions
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver usable solutions
Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics, and usability testing
Contribute to and maintain design system consistency across products
Stay current with UX best practices and accessibility standards
Support additional UX/UI tasks as needed
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
3 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools
Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Front-end exposure ideally Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Familiarity with Prototyping tools such as InVision or Proto.io
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, etc.)
Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies
Rate/Salary: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $60.00 to $65.00 per hourly on C2C. Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.
