About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workday Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday HCM and related modules. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or those with foundational Workday experience looking to grow in a dynamic consulting environment. You will work closely with senior consultants and client teams to deliver high-quality Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the configuration and deployment of Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence.
• Support integration development using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and documentation for Workday implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Workday solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday functionality and integrations.
• Maintain and update business process configurations, security roles, and reporting.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.
• Stay current with Workday updates and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 13+ years of experience working with Workday HCM or in a related HRIS/ERP role.
• Basic understanding of Workday integrations, EIBs, and business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other productivity tools.
• Exposure to Workday Studio, Workday Extend, or Workday Prism Analytics.
• Experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration.
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, or REST/SOAP APIs.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Workday HCM Core Certification
• Workday Integration Certification
• Workday Reporting Certification
