Our insurance client is seeking an experienced Sr. End User (EUC) Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have over 4 years of experience managing Windows workstations and a strong background in implementing and managing EUC solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Nexthink (End User Experience Tools), Microsoft Intune with experience Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Group Policy Management, and Enterprise Privileged Management.

Pay rate: $70-$80/hr w2

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage Microsoft Intune, including configuration, deployment, and monitoring of desktops.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environments, including software deployment and asset management.
  • Utilize Nexthink (End User Experience Tools) to monitor and analyze end-user experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance user productivity.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and knowledge base articles.
  • Support IT groups as an End User Support escalation point.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest EUC trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve existing processes and implement new solutions.
  • Provide mentorship to team members


Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Advanced experience delivering Microsoft Modern Desktop technologies such as Intune/SCCM/Autopilot/Defender/ATP/Information Protection/Cloud App and Office 365 Applications
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, including configuration, deployment, and monitoring of desktops.
  • Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), including software deployment and asset management.
  • Proficiency in Nexthink (End User Experience Tools), including monitoring and analysis of end-user experience.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, including Windows 11
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expert knowledge in designing, deploying, and administering end user solutions
  • Experience with implementation, configuration, support, road map, and design/planning/rollouts to an enterprise company
  • Experience deploying and maintaining Intune/SCCM/Autopilot environments
  • Expert knowledge of major Microsoft cloud-based back-office systems including Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Security and Compliance, ATP, InTune, and AutoPilot
  • Able to demonstrate and give examples of technical project work delivered against deadlines/SLAs.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software
  • Proven scripting, coding and automation skills (Batch/PowerShell)
  • Experience with cloud-based EUC solutions, such as Microsoft Azure and ServiceNow to automate day to day tasks
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Good communications skills including the ability to document technical processes and instructions for non-technical people.
  • Experience in vendor management.


Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
