Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Redpoint Specialist to design, implement, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns leveraging Redpoint tools (RPI, RPDM). The role involves managing segmentation, personalization, customer journeys, and campaign performance tracking while working with data platforms and cloud technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns using Redpoint Interactions (RPI).

  • Develop and manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.

  • Build and monitor customer journeys and workflows for campaign execution.

  • Conduct A/B testing and track campaign performance for continuous improvement.

  • Manage scheduling automations between RPI and RPDM.

  • Collaborate with marketing, data, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.


Must-Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Redpoint tools (RPI, RPDM).

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and data segmentation logic.

  • Experience in workflow automation and journey building.

  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).


Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of AWS Redshift and related cloud technologies (EC2, S3, Glue).

  • Strong analytical skills for campaign performance optimization.

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills.
