SAP Finance Technology Delivery Manager

Location: Pomona, CA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to serve as the SAP Technology Delivery Manager for the Finance workstream within our SAP NextGen ERP Program. This role provides hands-on leadership across planning, delivery, and transition activities to ensure successful implementation of core SAP S/4HANA integrated with other SAP and non-SAP applications. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and operational excellence in delivering enterprise-scale SAP programs, with a particular focus on Finance business capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP-enabled solutions in the Finance workstream, including core SAP S/4 HANA, MDG, satellite SAP applications such as BW4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, SAP certified applications such as Blackline, OneSource Global Next, Open Text Vendor Invoice Management, Taulia and any remediations to non-SAP applications such as Power Plan, Tagetik, and UI Planner.

Day-to-day project management of execution across multiple Finance teams, System Integrator, internal and external partners ensuring daily progress, milestone achievement, quality deliverables.

Create, maintain, and monitor a detailed project plan for Technology Integration activities considering all aspects of coordinated delivery based on milestones and release plans including cutover planning and execution.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs in SAP S/4HANA Finance preferably RISE in a private cloud environment.


Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance business processes including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, management accounting, close and consolidations, project systems, fixed asset accounting, billing through cash management, and financial planning & analysis, and extensive reporting/analytics.

Demonstrated experience managing program plans, vendor deliverables, and project governance across multiple stakeholders.

Functional knowledge or exposure to three or more Finance related applications viz. Blackline, iCertis, OneSource Global Next, Open Text Vendor Invoice Management, Power Plan, Taulia, Tagetik, UI Planner, Utegration Finance4U Regulatory Accounting & Reporting is desired.

Working knowledge of SAP BW4HANA, Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other enterprise analytics tools is a plus.

Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM, system monitoring tools, and Agile project tracking platforms.
Skilled at building consensus across matrixed teams and managing relationships with executive sponsors and third-party vendors.

Excellent organization, and problem-solving skills with ability to adapt in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), capable of conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor s degree in information systems, Finance/Accounting, or a related field; PMP certification welcome.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in utility, energy, or asset-intensive industries.
Experience in Bluefield SAP implementations.
Familiarity with SAP cross functional modules such as with Purchasing, Materials Management, Plant Maintenance and non-SAP systems integration toolsets.
