Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of HR applications within the Organizational Development and Learning product suite, specifically focusing on Learning Management Systems. This long-term contract position requires someone detail-oriented with a strong background in managing technical solutions and delivering high-quality software products. Based in Oakland, California, this role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive innovation within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
Manage the full product lifecycle, including design, scope, budgeting, and performance reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements.
Lead development teams to deliver software solutions that align with organizational needs.
Create and execute test plans to ensure products meet quality standards before user acceptance testing.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and develop comprehensive rollout strategies.
Implement effective systems development and project management processes.
Develop and maintain business plans for products, overseeing analysis, design, testing, and integration.
Drive the delivery of new functionality by leading requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and post-deployment assessments.
Lead agile ceremonies such as quarterly planning sessions, daily standups, and strategy discussions with business leadership.
Ensure continuous improvement of application functionality through ongoing analysis and validation processes.

Requirements

Proven experience with Learning Management Systems, such as Absorb.
Familiarity with platforms like Oracle Fusion and other HRIS systems.
Strong background in product development, value stream mapping, and related methodologies.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and experience with large-scale system implementations.
Excellent project management skills, including risk assessment and prioritization.
Ability to quickly learn business processes and collaborate effectively with partners at all organizational levels.
Technical expertise in relationship management, user experience analysis, and product deployment.
