Location: WI-Madison, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Our high-performing consultants are natural leaders who manage a wide range of responsibilities that vary from assignment to assignment. Our consultant training programs, investment in career development, and premier client portfolio ensure constant challenge and rapid growth for our employees. Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.
Responsibilities:
Add new agreements into contract management repository once we have negotiated the new Electrical agreements
Data analyst skills to help with RFP preparation, analysis of RFP results, and support of negotiations
RFP pre-work on analyzing spend data to identify market baskets
Convert existing PDF agreements to MS Word, complete minor edits, and review with Legal as required
Support supply team efforts to stand up separate technology instances (project plans, etc.), policies, and processes
Contract coordination; help with coordinating contracts back and forth from Legal to suppliers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with process modeling and data analysis tools
Understanding of project management methodologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
