Location: WI-Madison, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the contract management system by entering newly negotiated Electrical supply agreements
Apply data analysis skills to support sourcing events, including RFP development, supplier bid analysis, and negotiation support
Conduct spend analysis to identify key procurement categories and market baskets for supply chain optimization
Convert supplier agreements from PDF to editable Word format, perform minor revisions, and coordinate legal reviews
Assist the supply chain team with operational setup of new technology platforms, including timelines, documentation, and process implementation
Serve as a contract liaison, ensuring timely coordination between suppliers, internal stakeholders, and legal
Support procurement and logistics functions through effective documentation management, contract tracking, and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
2+ year of experience in supply chain, operations analysis, logistics, or a related business analysis role
Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in procurement data analysis and supplier performance evaluation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across procurement, operations, legal, and supplier teams
Proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and process modeling tools (e.g., Power BI, Visio, or similar)
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems and procurement software a plus
Understanding of project management principles and the ability to support multiple initiatives concurrently
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic supply chain environment
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
