Job Details

3 - Month initial Contract with possible extensions.

Top 5 Technical Skills:

  1. Retrieve and review software purchase agreements (either manually or through validation of AI-assisted review) and other related documents (Order Forms, Amendments, etc.) to extract multiple data elements from completed agreements
  2. Upload / input extracted meta data into designated repository(ies)
  3. Facilitate internal discussions, as necessary, on contract issues and/or analysis, in collaboration with internal Sourcing Manger(s)
  4. Manage to business milestones and adjust/re-prioritize work to meet deadlines
  5. Track work and provide detailed status and reporting to management and clients on a regular basis
  6. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Continuous Improvement & Efficiency: Manages time well and works efficiently, tracks due dates, effectively organizes and prioritizes information, is punctual; accelerates pace as appropriate to urgency
  • Building Partnerships: Operates with integrity and communicates respectfully in language, writing, and actions
  • Communicating & Speaking Out: Designs and delivers clear, respectful communications across audiences
  • Requires 2-4 years' software agreement analysis / management experience.
  • Financial services industry experience, a plus.
  • Specialist should be fully proficient in applying established standards; knowledge base acquired from years of experience in the subject matter area.
  • Highly articulate and able to convey contractual positions in a professional manner.
  • Ability to adhere to and enforce deadlines and to drive results.
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills with ability to explain complicated issues clearly and succinctly.
  • Effective time management with ability to successfully handle multiple assignments and competing priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Detail oriented.
