We have multiple positions:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Development:
•    Design, develop, and maintain features for our FinTech application using Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.x.
•    Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code, focusing on both performance and maintainability.
•    Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend the functionality of the application.
2. Collaboration & Teamwork:
•    Collaborate with senior engineers and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
•    Work closely with Product Managers to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs and features.
•    Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Testing & Quality Assurance:
•    Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and stability of the codebase.
•    Debug and resolve issues, ensuring that the application runs smoothly and efficiently.
•    Participate in ensuring that the software adheres to quality standards and meets regulatory requirements.
4. Continuous Improvement:
•    Suggest and implement improvements to the development process, tools, and technologies used by the team.
•    Contributes to building a positive, collaborative, and knowledge-sharing environment within the engineering team.
5. Compliance & Security:
•    Follow best practices to ensure that the application is secure and compliant with relevant industry regulations.
•    Be proactive about identifying and mitigating potential security risks and vulnerabilities in the system.

Requirements:
•    Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Experience: 4-12 years of professional experience in Java 21 with Spring Boot 3.x
•    Microservices & APIs: Strong expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
•    Database Management: Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
•    DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
•    CI/CD & Version Control: Proficiency in Git and experience working with CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube etc.
•    Agile & Collaboration: Experience in Agile development methodologies with excellent problem-solving skills.
•    Unit Testing: Proficiency in SonarQube, and automated testing (JUnit, Mockito, PITest).

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience with Payment Tokenization and MDES: Seeking a seasoned engineer with proven experience in payments tokenization systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of the Mastercard Digital Enablement Service (MDES), including its APIs and integration patterns, token lifecycle for digital wallets.
•    Expertise in Secure Credential Provisioning: A critical skill for this role is expertise in secure credential provisioning and token management. The candidate must be adept at building and maintaining services that provision payment tokens to digital wallets and other devices. This involves implementing robust security protocols, managing key and certificate lifecycles, and ensuring compliance with industry standards like EMVCo and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
•    Integration of Azure Services with Payments Ecosystems: The role requires an individual who can architect and implement solutions using the Azure cloud platform to interact with the payments ecosystem. The candidate should be proficient in using Azure services like Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, and Azure App Service to build secure, scalable, and resilient payment processing applications that integrate seamlessly with external services like MDES. A strong grasp of cloud security principles and best practices for handling sensitive data is essential.
•    DevOps & Automation: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, and cloud- based CI/CD pipelines.
•    Full-Stack Exposure: Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
•    Big Data & Messaging Systems: Knowledge of Kafka, Hadoop, and distributed data processing tools
