Pay Range: $48.02-$68.60 Per HR
Description:
Use data analytics and modeling techniques to develop comprehensive credit policies.
Design optimization-driven credit policies using algorithmic techniques.
Balance credit risk and profitability to optimize portfolio returns and loss rates.
Collaborate with various teams to translate business objectives into credit policy frameworks.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Implement metrics to monitor and measure policy performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage credit policies aligned with risk appetite and strategic objectives.
Design and implement algorithmic techniques for credit decisioning.
Optimize approval strategies, credit limits, and pricing decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven credit policies.
Ensure policies comply with regulations and industry standards.
Monitor policy performance through defined metrics.
Qualifications:
Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
2 years of experience in Decision Science, Optimization, or Data Science.
2 years of experience with Python and SQL.
Experience with algorithmic optimization libraries.
Experience in credit or lending contexts managing trade-offs between growth, revenue, and loss rates.
Familiarity with decisioning frameworks and policy constraints.
Ability to analyze large, complex datasets.
Experience with credit bureau data in policy development.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
