Requirement:
Experience Level: Minimum 5 years business analysis experience
Government Experience: 5+ years government or regulated environment experience
Asset Management Knowledge: Understanding of software/hardware asset management processes
Requirements Skills: Requirements gathering and documentation; Process mapping; Stakeholder facilitation; Gap analysis
ServiceNow Familiarity: Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform (training provided)
Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
