Description
The Project Lead performs as a Delivery Leader for targeted key clients. This individual has the primary responsibility for leading the delivery of multiple, complex projects to ensure completion of deliverables, high client satisfaction and attainment of a program's overall financial, quality & timeline objectives. This individual is responsible for the management of the client executive relationship as well as the internal team throughout the delivery of a project that contains multiple inter-dependent projects.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Is the delivery leader of Inside and Outside Plant Technicians
Manages relationships with key executive stakeholders
Communicate critical path variances and prepares required change orders to ensure contract compliance
Maintains primary responsibility for creation, quality, and presentation of project work
Has overall responsibility to ensure EHS among the temas
Manages communication flow during escalation events
Fluent in installation of fiber optics, fiber optic splicing, etc. is a must
Basic Requirements
At least 2 years of lead experience, including experience in Data Center Infrastructure Installation
Bachelor's degree or approved equivalent work experience
Required Qualifications
Leadership skills, including client expectation management, negotiation skills, command skills, collaboration, coaching, and mentoring
Ability to motivate and inspire others
Ability to understand client needs and explain and apply cost-effective technology alternatives to meet them
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and create solutions to complex Information Technology related problems
Experience leading advanced and complex technology projects in support of business initiatives
Ability to develop longer-range project plans and schedules to complete complex projects or new solution/product development
Communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present information to senior management, and perform knowledge transfer to the client
Understanding of contracts, project planning, the development lifecycle, and product offerings
Ability to engage in difficult conversations with project teams and clients on issues, risks and escalations, up to and including executive conversations
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to provide day-to-day and more strategic guidance to less experienced project team members

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
