Description

The Security Engineering Team is seeking a Security Compliance & Controls Analyst to support the maturation of our security program. This role blends compliance, process improvement, and technical onboarding responsibilities to proactively address audit concerns, manage risk, and support secure application integration. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically adept, and experienced in both IT security controls and stakeholder engagement. In this role, the key responsibilities will include: - Identify and remediate gaps in IT security controls. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. -Conduct workshops with the platform stakeholders to gather business use cases and requirements - Develop and maintain both project and process documentation. - Assess and improve processes and documentation within Risk Connect (IT GRC tooling). - Document issues through closure, including those identified via IT audit. - Write risk acceptance statements and process documentation. - Develop and maintain project and process documentation. - Lead change efforts using organizational change management principles. - Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather business use cases and technical requirements. - Test and validate technical solutions to ensure alignment with business needs. - Provide end-user support and training as needed. - Continuously assess opportunities for process improvement.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills: - Minimum 3 years of experience with PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic. - Strong documentation and process improvement skills. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Trello. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
