Job Details

We are seeking a Technology Operations Coordinator to serve as the central liaison, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and timely execution across all teams involved in this critical project. Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner in identifying project goals and delivering value-added solutions. Coordinate and manage competing priorities across interdisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Collaborate with business units to understand needs and translate them into actionable requirements for IT teams. Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with business outcomes. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for technical teams. Prepare business cases, executive-level summaries, and documentation that connect business needs with technology or process solutions. Ensure compliance with IT audit procedures and regulatory requirements. Facilitate effective communication through excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Follow up on assigned tasks and action items to ensure timely completion and accountability across teams. Maintain and enforce a set cadence of updates (daily or weekly) through status meetings, progress reports, and summary communications to stakeholders. Qualifications
Background in Business Analysis, Business Relationship Management, Operations, or IT Project Management within a large municipal, enterprise, or utility organization. Proven success in collaborative work across interdisciplinary teams. Strong documentation and communication skills, including executive-level reporting. Understanding of IT audit procedures and regulatory compliance (preferred). Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills
Experience with asset management systems or large-scale IT implementations. Familiarity with municipal or utility operations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
