Job Details

Top Requirements:
1. Proven experience managing SQL Server and AWS in Hybrid Environments (on-premise and Cloud)
2. Familiarly with MySQL relocations tools like SQDR and cross platform data synchronization, Experience with SQL Server Agent, replication monitoring tools, and performance tuning techniques.
3. Knowledge of security best practices, including Windows Authentication, SSL/TLS, and strong password policies.
4. Experience with AWS database services and cloud to cloud replication
5. Strong experience performance with tuning and queries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing SQL Server and AWS in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud).

  • Strong understanding of replication types (transactional, merge, snapshot) and their use cases.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting replication issues, including latency, conflicts, and connectivity problems.

  • Familiarity with MySQL replication tools like SQDR and cross-platform data synchronization.

  • Knowledge of security best practices, including Windows Authentication, SSL/TLS, and strong password policies.

  • Experience with SQL Server Agent, replication monitoring tools, and performance tuning techniques.

  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, T-SQL) for automation and maintenance tasks.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AWS database services and cloud-to-cloud replication.

  • Familiarity with ETL tools and third-party replication solutions.

  • Certifications in SQL Server administration or related fields.
