Description
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
Lead execution of end-to-end IGA transition from on-prem to SaaS (design, build, test, deploy, operate).
Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
Align project scope with defined Target State Architecture and approved business objectives.
Manage and surface evolving scope due to business priorities or vendor platform changes.
Partner with Product Owner and Lead Architect to ensure alignment of solution requirements.
Facilitate coordination across Workstream Leads, Architects, DevOps, App Dev, Security, Operations.
Ensure effective handoff processes, swim lane accountability, and decision gates.
Manage alignment with vendor delivery teams and validate deliverables.
Provide clear status reports, and progress updates,
Coordinate with Agile squads, where applicable, ensuring backlog alignment with IGA transition milestones.
Support evolution of Shared Services Model for IAM and IGA operational maturity post-SaaS go-live.
Drive quality assurance across project lifecycle: design, build, test, data migration, cutover
Facilitate cutover planning and avoidance of parallel environments.

Previous experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated industries is a plus
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
