Position: Guidewire Claimcenter Conversion Development

Location: 100% Remote, US

Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)

Domain: Property & Casualty Insurance - skilled Guidewire Business Analysts with experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter.

Job Description:

• Manage Guidewire Conversion work stream through all phases of the technology enablement life cycle; providing technical support from requirements, data ingestion, ETL design to implementation and deployment.
• Work with clients directly to understand business needs, provide solutions, and assist in design/integration decisions.
• Manage and work directly with offshore teams providing specific detailed instructions, enabling them to routinely deliver high quality work products.
• Lend subject matter expertise in ETL solution, data & product modeling & mapping, and interfacing requirements.
• Plan sprint by sprint work, provide effort estimates, and manage work stream deliverables.
• Code, test, debug, and document high quality software components.
• Participate in engagement management, execution, reporting, and client relationship building.

Technical Skills:

• Guidewire application knowledge (ClaimCenter)
• Experience using management tools like Confluence, Jira, Rally, HP ALM
• Expertise in using Microsoft Office suite, Visio etc.
• Ability to query SQL DB and analyze results
• Experience working on XML and JSON structures
• 8 12 years of experience in delivering wide range of technology solution across Insurance Industry
• Deep functional expertise in Insurance (Insurance Analysts)
• Guidewire Claimcenter conversion experience - analysis or development
• Strong data capabilities translating insurance data into development pipelines
• Proven ability to engage in client-facing conversations and build trusted relationships
• At least 5-7 years of experience in the latest versions of Guidewire ClaimCenter
• Certification in at least one Guidewire product.
• Experience working with Guidewire Policy Conversion Tool (PMT) is a plus.
• Minimum Guidewire version is 8. x and above, preferred.
• Proven track record supporting all stages of the technology enablement life cycle for large agile methodology pursuits, with significant client interaction at all stages.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in data analysis, data mappings for Guidewire and third party integrations
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
