Description
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our team in Marysville, Ohio, specializing in ServiceNow development. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting the global rollout of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across regions. This onsite role requires expertise in ServiceNow customization and configuration, as well as strong collaboration skills to work closely with stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet global rollout objectives.
Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations to enhance platform functionality.
Ensure successful deployment of ServiceNow across multiple regions while adhering to global standards.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to maintain system stability and performance during deployment phases.
Assist with data migration, testing, documentation, and user acceptance processes.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and end users throughout the rollout lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, governance policies, and security standards.
Support daily operational tasks related to the ServiceNow platform.
Work onsite four days a week to deliver hands-on support and solutions.
Requirements
Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow configuration tools.
Background in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations or multi-region deployments.
Ability to work onsite in Marysville, Ohio, for the duration of the project.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience engaging stakeholders.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required; additional certifications are a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks.
Experience in manufacturing or automotive industries is preferred.
