Job Details

Senior Business Analysts for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Develop solutions and software products, and review business, systems, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements. Confer with stakeholders and architecture team, analyze issues and business/process flows, refine requirements into specifications. Perform cost/benefit analysis to align IT to business strategy, assess impact to application modifications, support scope, review client standards and policies, perform testing, troubleshoot, configure test solutions, document processes. Design workflows and training materials. Analyze client/user needs, formulate validation plans. Use Pega, PRPC, Pega Agile Studio, Java, Oracle, REST, SOAP, XML, Jira, Confluence, SQL Developer, SQL Server, Visio, ARIS Process Designer, HP Application Lifecycle Management. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience reviewing functional, non-functional, and technical requirements; reviewing business processes and process flows; performing validation; using Pega, PRPC, Pega Agile Studio, Jira, Confluence, SQL Developer, SQL Server, Visio, ARIS Process Designer, HP Application Lifecycle Management. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted.
