Duties for this Role

The Sales Enablement Program Manager will work with two Program Managers - the Product Enablement Program Manager and the Product & Industry Certification (PIC) Program Manager - on the following workstreams:
  • Develop programs and enablement materials to fill product and industry knowledge gaps.
  • Coordinate content development activities: content design, development, and implementation.
  • Track completion of these activities across multiple projects using Asana, our project management platform.
  • Monitor and track Subject Matter Expert (SME) participation in content creation activities and assist Program Managers in keeping SMEs on track in their assignments.
  • Assist in drafting and distributing various communication materials as required by the Product and PIC teams.
  • Assist in preparation and delivery of enablement materials related to national and global conference activities (e.g., Sales Kickoff, Trimble Dimensions, etc.)


Skills and Experience Required

  • 3 or more years previous experience in a Training, Learning and Development, Technical Enablement, or Sales Enablement organization.
  • 3 or more years hands-on experience with Project Management in a Learning and Development organization.
    • Experience should include: calendaring projects and tracking progress; reaching out to team members to identify and resolve blockers and other issues; escalating issues to the appropriate leader.
  • 3 or more years project managing multiple complex and time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
  • 3 or more years of experience in a content creation and/or content management role with a large (5000+ employees) company (software / tech experience preferred).
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
    • This position requires communication (written and spoken) to all levels of the company, from VPs to Individual Contributors.
  • This is a North America-based position with a global reach, with occasional requirements for meetings with other geos (EMEA and APAC time zones).


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in education, adult learning, or related field.
